Perhaps you could answer a few questions that could help me identify candidates. This becomes one of the components of our assessment tool to match candidate’s skill sets against your job assignment. These questions are but a few of many. Should there be additional questions you deem appropriate please add them. This is what sets us apart from the competition:

  • What are the five most important characteristics a person must have to get hired?
  • Describe for me what it is you’re looking for in a candidate
  • Give an in depth description of daily or weekly duties and responsibilities.
  • Who will be the person’s functional title?
  • What specific industries will the person call on?
  • What is the current volume in the territory?
  • Who are your most prestigious accounts in the territory?
  • What are your most pressing or immediate needs in the first 90 days?
  • What challenges might this person encounter in the first 90 days?
  • Why should a person come to work for you and your company (what is unique)?
  • Why this opportunity with your company?
  • Are there five companies you respect and would hire someone from?
  • What is the bio of all parties involved in the hiring process, including yours?
  • What is an ideal compensation range?
  • Are there commissions, if so how and when are they paid?
  • What is the commission rate?
  • Is the person permitted to negotiate price?
  • What health benefit plan do you have in place?
  • What is the cost to the employee?
  • Is a car provided, if so what kind; if no car is provided what is the car allowance?
  • What is your target start date?
